XPLR.NASH exclusively delivers digital products and services. We do not sell or fulfill physical products at this time.
Our services include:
Short-Form Content: Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other engaging social media content.
Email Advertising: Featured placements in our curated email newsletters sent to a highly engaged audience.
Website Advertising: Dedicated ad placements and featured content on the XPLR.NASH website.
GO XPLR Loyalty Platform: Customizable loyalty solutions that include digital punch stamps, rewards, memberships, discounts, cashback, and more, tailored to your brand’s needs.
Inquiry & Booking: Reach out through our website or email to inquire about our services. Our team will work with you to confirm service details, timelines, and deliverables.
Agreement & Payment: Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we will issue an invoice. Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement.
Content Approval: For advertising and loyalty services, all content and platform designs will be reviewed and approved by the client to ensure alignment with your brand’s vision and goals.
For short-form content, delivery is typically completed within 30 to 45 days from the initial recording date, depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
For GO XPLR Loyalty Platform setups, delivery timelines are discussed during the onboarding process and depend on the complexity of the program.
Email and website advertising placements are executed according to the agreed-upon campaign start date.
Clients are entitled to three rounds of revisions for custom content or loyalty platform setups to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
All advertisements placed on our platforms are subject to review to maintain the quality and integrity of the XPLR.NASH brand.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds will only be issued if XPLR.NASH cannot fulfill the agreed-upon services.
Cancellations: If a campaign, content project, or loyalty platform setup is canceled by the client after work has started, no refunds will be provided for services already completed.
Clients must provide all required materials (e.g., logos, images, text) for their campaigns or loyalty programs within the agreed timeframe.
Delays in providing necessary materials may result in timeline adjustments, for which XPLR.NASH is not liable.
